Returns

We want you to be happy with your Novyro order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 14 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, contact us and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at darkmaff12@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
